Today is the beginning of Advent. Advent means "arrival" and points to the start of an event or the arrival of a person. In churches and Christian communities around the world, "Advent" is used to refer to the four-weeks before Christmas used to remember and celebrate the arrival of Jesus. This week focuses on WISDOM, and how Jesus is God's wisdom given to us. As you begin to count down the days until Christmas, many are joining to pray together with you that we might grow to know God better and enjoy all He has in store for us in our church and homes this year. Each day is designed for an introductory note, followed by a Scripture passage, prayer and a supplementary video. Welcome to CHRISTMAS PRAYERS and Christmas 2022!
