Power from a Small Town
What is the smallest town you know of? What is that town's claim to fame, if anything? Although Bethlehem was a small town it had a couple of claims to fame. First, it was mentioned in a well known Bible prophecy. Also, Bethlehem is called the city of David because it is where his father came from.
“But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah,
though you are small among the clans of Judah,
out of you will come for me
one who will be ruler over Israel,
whose origins are from of old,
from ancient times.”
Micah 5:2
